I created this motion design short for my Motion Design course with MCAD in spring 2018.

This is the first motion design project I made, and it features a moving watercolor background. We were meant to practice moving simple shapes across the screen in After Effects. My aim with this project was to create a simple statement about plastic pollution in the ocean. I wanted to keep the turtle and plastic bottle illustrations relatively simple, and make it look as though the water was shimmering and moving.
