This was a collaborative project. In 2013, I spent three months in Israel working together with poet and author Gili Estlin Hirsch. She had a collection of poems, titled anna, that she felt would be enriched with surrealistic line drawings of figures and animals and figures that became animals. In total, I created 29 illustrations for anna. I also designed the interior and cover of the book.
